WIN-BIG project coordinator was a speaker at the online conference "Empowering Women in the Blue Economy Interlligence Gathering and Capacity Boosting"

On the 29th and 30th of September WIN-BIG’s coordinator, University of Aveiro will participate in the European researchers' night 2023 with a poster of the WIN-BIG project.

AaKP and our marine cluster, NCE Blue Legasea, are participating in a major European initiative to get more women into ocean industries.

The Andalusian Maritime-Marine Cluster (CMMA) participates in WIN-BIG, an ambitious European project focused on the current lack of knowledge about the role played by women in the different subsectors of the blue economy in the European Union.

On the 8th of June 2023, Federazione del Mare presented the WIN-BIG project, which started in May 2023 and is coordinated by the University of Aveiro. 

The Women in Blue Economy Intelligence Gathering and Capacity Boosting (WIN-BIG) project was officially launched on May 24 in Brest, France, during the European Maritime Days.

We are thrilled to announce that the European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency (CINEA) has officially launched our project, WIN-BIG, alongside our sister project, WINBLUE.
