WIN-BIG featured on the EU Blue Economy Observatory website

We’re proud to share that WIN-BIG has been officially featured on the European Blue Economy Observatory website, as part of its newly launched section dedicated to Women in the Blue Economy!

This new section highlights the vital role women play in shaping the present and future of ocean-related industries and acknowledges the urgent need for gender-balanced participation in the sustainable development of Europe’s marine sectors.

WIN-BIG is spotlighted in the "Driving Change" page, which showcases EU-funded initiatives actively working to improve gender equality in the Blue Economy. From research and policy recommendations to community building and leadership support, these projects are united in the mission to break down barriers, amplify women’s voices, and build more inclusive blue careers across all sea basins and sectors.
