A Mentor for the Future: Be a part of a network to further engage and leverage female BuE workforce capacities.
Women Retreats:
To boost leadership skills and promote women confidence in leveraging their portfolio of competencies.
Roadmap for Capacity Building for Women in EU Blue Economy:
To help us report major findings and suggest a course of actions for the EU to leverage women’s capacity in the Blue economy.
Tailored e-learning & Learning Labs:
To be engaged in fitted and personalized training and entrepreneurship skills development for women.
Acceleration program: Participate to foster women blue entrepreneurship targeting the emergent and sustainable blue economy sectors.
Networking events: Help us to foster women’s jobs opportunities, experience exchange and networking boosting.

Sign the Mentorship Agreement
Send us a profile and picture to publish on the WIN-BIG website.
Complete the onboarding training to familiarize yourself with the program and its objectives.
Participate as a mentor in the online group (Blue Bio Match) and in the project’s activities.
