NCE Blue Legasea attending the Business Conference

The business conference Damene Først has become an important regional meeting place. Its focus is on a diverse perspective on life, leadership, business, and relationship building. NCE Blue Legasea will be given the floor to promote the WIN BIG survey among the participants of this event.

Get ready for an inspiring lineup of speakers at the 'Damene Først' conference. This year, we have the privilege of hearing from Ann Magritt Bjåstad Vikebakk, general manager of HG International AS, and Solveig Øvstebø, director and chief curator at the Astrup Fearnley museum, who will share their exciting and diverse stories.

Amrit Bhullar is a trained business lawyer from London and the mastermind behind 40 by 30 in VARD. - Research shows that having a gender-balanced management team produces better results for companies, says Amrit. Karen-Marie Ellefsen retired in 2020, at the age of 70. She has covered quite a career, and can be considered a female pioneer in sports journalism. Also, senior lecturer at UiA, Agnes-Margrethe Bjorvand, has, among other things, written two books about children's literature's authorship, Anne-Cath. Vest shelter. Nadia Ansar, current with the book My shame and the podcast "Abid and Nadia, Guilt and Shame", will tell her story about breaking patterns and changing the framework of her own life. Christian Pedersen will talk about management selection processes in large groups. He examines how systemic barriers, preconceived attitudes, opinions and stereotypes affect managerial assessments and decisions about who is 'best suited' for the job. The conference will be spiced up with cultural elements from Astrid Overaa.
